You may be grieving.  You may be missing someone or something in your life and just need a little support to navigate the feelings.  Once you really feel the grief and allow yourself to mourn for your loss, you can also learn how to release those feelings and move on to the next stage of your life.

In the summer of 2008, my guides encouraged me to put together a manual or book of tools and techniques that help you with this process.  Then, in 2015, I was encouraged to revisit the book and incorporate additional tools.  I also added recommendations for crystals and essential oils to support you in the various passages you may travel through. I've included these aspects in my published version, Navigating Grief with Grace, which is now available on
As a medium and an intuitive, I utilize these tools and techniques to help you navigate grief.  When you schedule a session, I do a complete intake on where you are, what you are feeling and how you are presently coping. Then, I will meet with you by Zoom or via phone or Skype and begin the healing process.  A copy of my new book is included with your session.  (All sessions are recorded and you will receive an Mp3 of each session.)

How many sessions will it take?
